Phillips Preiss part of Smart Growth Award Winning Team in Princeton
Terhune Harrison Mixed-Use Village Wins 2024 NJ Future Smart Growth Award
The Terhune Harrison Mixed-Use Village project has been honored with a 2024 NJ Future Smart Growth Award. Phillips Preiss was part of a multidisciplinary project team that undertook a comprehensive reimagining of underutilized and disconnected properties, including a declining shopping center, an obsolete office park, and a nearby public park. The resulting project was recognized as a “Transformational redevelopment knitting together several residential and commercial sites to form a revitalized suburban mixed-use village with affordable housing in Princeton.”
Managing Principal Paul Phillips accepted the award alongside project partners AvalonBay Communities, WinnCompanies, Looney Ricks Kiss, and the Municipality of Princeton.
Thank you to New Jersey Future for the recognition, and to our project partners for the opportunity to contribute to an exciting mixed-use project.
